I'm so proud of myself!!! After many weeks of procrastination, I started reading my first book. I am reading The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton. I've only read lyk 4 pages, and I have no clue whats going on, but I think that I may have a thesis statement, even though I have no clue if the statement is anywhere near relevent to the contents of the book... so ya....

Today I was driving home from the school and I realized that I was going 70 in a 30 and was lyk "woah i better slow down." so i did and didn't think anything else of it....until..... two houses down from my house i get pulled over by not one, but 2 cops....who had clocked me at going 58 in a 30....thank goodness they didn't get the whole 70....so i ended up getting a written warning(which they said was my graduation present, since they asked me tons of questions including what grade i was in) .....they said that they both knew wat my car looked like and planned to watch out for me.... so ya.... i didn't at the time, but now i think its kinda funny.....

I'm not sure quite what to write on this....so i'm going to write about my summer..... which has been AMAZING!!!! I have been sooo busy... but I'm loving every minute of it.... I have not begun reading any of my books yet...because I'm a slacker....I am leaving a week from tomorrow to go spend a week at IU, so maybe I will have a little time to read.... if I'm not too busy having fun!!! I am so excited about being a senior!!! This summer has been great... it has been going by so fast....I have met so many new, great people and I am starting to apply to colleges.. well the ones that allow you to apply this early.... so ya.....I hope everyone else's summer is going as well as mine!!!! :)
