Fahrenheit 451
I love novels that are set in the future like Fahrenheit 451. It is set in a society where censorship is everything!!! The firefighters have the job of actually burning books, which would be considered ironic in today's society.... which I think leads me to the topic of my paper!!! Comparing today's society to the one in the novel, or about the irony, or a persuasive paper on whether or not our society could transform into a society similar to that in the novel....

another really good idea.. also you could talk about how some of the things in the book are now happening in today's society.. like the TV's on the wall... plasma TVs! creepy! soap operas.. etc.
